The products main designed is as a sports enhancement so if taken while working out it can assist in gaining muscle, the product will not make you “big” unless that’s what your workout is geared to do. The object is to increase work out times and frequency by decreasing recovery time, no increased appetite or weight considerations to be concerned about but the product will help to increase metabolism so in conjunction with a workout the more fuel you use the more you need. The product is also NSF certified for professional athletes so they can feel safe without risk of banned substance.
