Re-thinking sports marketing now that fans are in charge
By trade I am a brand consultant working with brands such as Unilever and GE. My connection to sports 2.0 is with my client the Utah Jazz where I am helping them build their brand online. www.Jazzbots.com is the official community of the Utah Jazz. I conceptualized, spearheaded design, development, naming, content strategy, social media partnerships, widget creation, blogger selection and sponsor recruitment, and the NBA's first online mascot. I also identified new revenue streams. I oversee the daily management of Jazzbots, now heading into its third season.
