Welcome to Software & Creative Apps Created by Pure & OPen Competition - TopCoder

We're all sports fans here of course ... so I think everyone of us can appreciate what happens when you infuse competition into the world of software.

Let's start at the end - The results are quality software, innovative apps, delivered on time and at the pre-defined price. The term "hour" is NOT in our lexicon. Clients pay for deliverables without the bloat and waste traditionally associated with software. This is how we get there.

TopCoder has created and fostered a massive developer community of now over 182,000 members spanning more than 200 countries worldwide. This crowd is our very talented and eager engine. Clients such as AOL, ESPN, GEICO, LendingTree, VeriSign, Eli Lilly & more already know what this competition methodology can do for them. In short, we give any company an incredible upsurge in creative, innovative, and maintenance bandwidth without any of the risks typically associated with such a surge in talent & capacity. Every skill set and language needed is in our masses and we have THE extraction method that procures greatness from the crowd time and time again.

For brevity's sake, just know what we do works. From enterprise solutions to a widget design every piece of TopCoder software/design is born of competition. Again, speaking to a sports crowd, we are uniquely aware how healthy, active competition changes everything.

www.topcoder.com and if you're into Crowdsourcing, I suggest Jeff Howe's (Wired Magazine) 2008 Business Book - Crowdsourcing: Why the Power of the Crowd is Driving the Future of Business which features over 6 pages on our competition methodology & model.

Go Seahawks - yes, I'm a Seahawks fan from Connecticut ... go figure.

Clinton,

Thanks for the praise on RotoWire.com. I'd love any feedback since it sounds like you know the tech possibilities well. I've checked out topcoder before .. just haven't found a good fit for us yet. But looks like a great concept.

Hey Clinton
Thanks for the inquiry.
ePixome! provides a system and a service that allows sports teams and marketing companies to offer a digital photo as a give-away of sorts.
Our system co-relates digital photos taken of the fans at a game with a unique, secure PIN so that once they get home from the game they can pick-up their photo from the team website.
Let me know if you have any more questions!

Cheers

Thanks, Clinton. Will do.

I used to work for a web design and development firm. I can see how your business could be very valuable for a company like them. Not sure they need the help at the moment, but could be useful in the future.

I'll pass your company's info along to them.
Cheers.
