The Sports Marketing Rookie

The wonderful thing about this site is that it connects a verity of people with different experiences who all have one thing in common. We all share a common passion and commitment to sports marketing.

I am a recent college graduate who has had several different internship experiences within the sports marketing world. This includes time with backcountry.com, the Indianapolis Colts, and adidas.

With all the knowledge and experience of the members of this site, I was wondering what nuggets of w… Continue

How do we bridge the gap between social networks?

Much of my time at the Colts is spent doing research on what other companies or organizations are doing to engage customers and fans using social networking. Facebook, with 36 million unique U.S. visitors and 115 world unique visitors, is a giant in the world of social networking. Our challenge is to figure out how drive traffic from Facebook to our socia… Continue

Hi Chris,

No our official photograph took this picture this year at the French Open. Dinira Safina is a great player !! She is now in the TOP 10. We are so happy to have her under contract.

On your side, you must be happy also to work for the Colts !!! I was in the US at the Law School in Cleveland in 2007 for the Superbowl ! It was just huge and great !

I will be glad to share some work experience with you. What are you doing exactly for the Colts ??

Thanks in advance for your answer.

Chris-
Thanks for the note. Appreciate the feedback. Would love to get your thoughts on the new product once the season kicks off. Have a feeling our paths could be crossing with the direction both the Colts and Sprint are moving.

Hello Chris,
Sorry for the late reply, just got back from the coast with the family.
I hope you have an email address on your website because I will give you some more info on my latest project. It is based on a small Portuguese club, which I believe has potential to grow as a club and with the correct system in place it will be able to grow young talent.

Best regards,

Gary
