I've been given the mandate to manage basketball in Kenya. Its my passion but I lack funds and i also need to change the mindset of the people in my country towards sports as s profession....apart from long distance running and maybe rugby...any help?

With this suspicion on my brain I set out recently to do a little research using baseball teams as my subjects. The results of my [...]
