Re-thinking sports marketing now that fans are in charge

WE NEED A MARKETER TO HELP US ON HOW TO GET SPONSOR FOR THE SOCCER FESTIVAL

I am Head Coach www.heelandschallengefc.com we will be having our football festival coming up soon, but We are not having sponsors for the porgram to reduce the level of cost, Is there any help to get hints on how to make it successful?

A few ideas that have would be to create valueable additions to the sponsorship that will help promote the goodwill of the business involved. Simple things that could be of value to a possible sponsor would be tagging them on all of your marketing matierials which will add exposure for the sponsor in a positive light to the community. It could be a tax right off as well. If you are in need of supplies for the kids, perhaps try a trade with local vendors. This will not bring you income, but it will help defer many of the costs involved in the tournament.

When you promote your football festival, you are able to put their logo on your posters and other material if you use them. Branding their business may bring them good exposure and there is a value placed on that. The percieved value of positive exposure tends to be high
